I lost my account. How can I get it back?
To recover an account, it is important that the account is linked to either Gmail or Facebook. We recommend that you play only one account per device, and link that to a genuine Gmail/Facebook/Apple Game Center account. If you have multiple accounts on the same device, there is a high chance you will lose access.
If you lost access, goto settings tab in the game, click logout and login using the right Gmail/Facebook/Apple Game Center account. If for some reason you are not able to recover the account, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your command code, user name and an old gold purchase receipt as proof of ownership.
