Players need to defend their territory fighting off the enemy attacks at different Zones with the respective Federation Captains. They will retreat when you defeat them but will hit back 21 times until they stop forever. Every time you defeat the Enemy the Federation Captains grow stronger, the number of units they can take to a war will increase after each win.
